IMI Nigeria Limited
is the manufacturing company harvesting and processing Hypoestoxide. Under the direction of Paraquest, Inc., IMI Nigeria Limited has successfully cultivated and domesticated Hypoestes rosea outside its natural, wild habitat. This ensures conservation since deforestation does not occur. By cultivation of the plant, IMI Nigeria Limited will provide opportunities for the employment of workers within the local community. Besides job procurement, IMI Nigeria Limited will make Royalty payments per annum into a Trust Fund set up by the Government of Nigeria, to serve relevant stakeholders such as National Institutions, National Center for the Genetic Resources and Biotechnology and Ministry of Environment.

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Environment and other relevant bodies, has granted IMI Nigeria Limited, the Biodiversity Access Permit for the commercial exploitation of Hypoestes rosea.
