Corporate History

Immune Modulation, Incorporated (IMI) is an early development stage company conducting research and developing pharmaceutical drugs in the areas of transplanatation, inflammation, oncology, and virology.

IMI was formed in 1995 based on the prior research of Dr. Emmanuel A. Ojo-Amaize. In 1996 the scope of IMI was expanded to include natural products from Africa. One such product is hypoestoxide, which has been found to possess potent anti-angiogenic, anti-viral, and anti-tumor activities
